Second Annual SoCo Clicks Photo Competition - 2022
SUBMISSION INTAKE:
NUMBER OF ENTRIES:
Qualifying entries will be exhibited online at SoCoClicks.org beginning in late spring of 2022.
Category winners will be exhibited at a Sonoma County venue in late spring or summer 2022.
- February 14, 2022 - March 13, 2022
- Portrait: Family, self-portrait, fashion / beauty. Images of people.
- Photojournalism: Documentary and Photojournalism. Images that address cultural, political, or social issues affecting individuals or society.
- Alternative: Alternative processes. Images created using alternative processes (analog, digital, or combined).
- The Natural World: Nature and Landscape. Images of the outdoors.
- The Still World: Still life, architecture, abstract, and interior. Images of static subjects.
NUMBER OF ENTRIES:
- Each applicant can submit a total of 3 images. Only one image is permitted per category.
- Open to all current or previously enrolled students attending schools within Sonoma County, within the last two years.
- Work must have been produced within the last two years (Spring 2020).
- The show welcomes work in color, black & white, analog (film), digital, collage, drone, and alternative processes.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to confirm that each person depicted in the photograph has granted permission to be portrayed as shown - and has the right to grant that permission.
